Let’s get started!Your journey begins with a free 15-minute meet and greet with Dr. Woz. This visit gives you a chance to ask questions, learn more about our care, and make sure we’re the right fit for your needs. You can choose to meet in person, by video, or over the phone.
A few days after your appointment, we’ll follow up by email. You’ll receive everything you need to enroll—new patient forms, payment information, and instructions for scheduling your first visit. If you’re ready, you can complete enrollment right away. If you need more time, no problem—just let us know.
Your membership officially begins on the date of your first new patient visit!
