Our membership model makes care straightforward: patients pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited primary care services, without surprise bills or insurance hassles. This allows us to spend more time with patients, focus on prevention, and truly get to know each patient and family.
We offer 30–60 minute appointments that start on time, same or next-day scheduling, and direct communication with your doctor by phone, text, or online portal. Care is flexible - in person, virtually, or by message - so you can reach your physician in the way that works best for you.

KNOW OUR DOCTOR
Dr. Shaula Woz is a board-certified family medicine physician. She has been practicing primary care for children and adults in the Rochester area since completing her family medicine residency training in 2017. Having grown up in the area, she felt passionate about returning to support her community’s health and to raise her own family. She is married with two school-aged children in the Brighton schools. Dr. Woz regularly participates in local and national continuing medical education courses to learn new skills and remain up to date with evolving clinical guidelines. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and New York State Academy of Family Physicians.

Conveniently located on Allens Creek Road in the town of Brighton, our offices are less than one mile from I-490, Exit 31 (Monroe Avenue). Nestled in a quiet, natural setting with ample parking, our building is handicap accessible and our office is located on the first floor.
